When you are low on energy its hard to do anything. I planned to go to this but then I started thinking about the long drive and did I have the energy to go.

After a really decent coffee I decided thats it I’m going.

I’m so glad I did!

This is the third time I’ve gone and every time it gets better. It’s also a wonderful way to meet like minded people.

Here is some of the things I did.

While I was waiting for my appointment I decided to get a reading. I met this wonderful reader from Colorado.

After a great reading I headed over to my friends at Elevated Energy Healing – Sound & Wellness Studio. You can sign up for a time for a treatment and peruse their wonderful products. This is a mom and daughter team that run a shop together in Raligh and have the most wonderful events. Thats how I met them when I first moved here. They do Reiki and sound healing together. It’s wonderful. They are wonderful.

Try to get over to their shop. Not only do they have great events but they have wonderful products.

Then I decided to do a little shopping. Look what I found!

Then I went to my next appointment for a chair massage with reiki. I’ve been dying for a chair massage. It’s very hard to find around here.

The name of the place is called a New You and the massage therapist name is James. Ever since my shoulder injury my neck gets all tight and my shoulders get all scrunchy. Another wonderful treatment and I was ready to go home but

on the way out the door I started to talk to Kathy Simon. Kathy is a PHD chemist and she developed “Whisper Kraft.” Whisper Kraft is an Intention based apothecary. You know me. I was like ooo ooo. You can check them out here!
